Description

This two-part class provides homeowners with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to navigate the process of selling a home in 2024. In Part 1, participants will learn decluttering, cleaning, improvement, and staging techniques from a real estate agent’s point of view to prepare their home for a successful sale. Part 2 focuses on pricing, marketing, and understanding seller costs, empowering homeowners to make informed decisions and maximize their financial return.

Cancellations & Refund Policy:

• Vernon Regional Adult Based and Continuing Education reserves the right to make necessary changes, including limiting course enrollment or canceling courses due to insufficient enrollment. If a course is canceled for this reason, registered students will be notified and fully refunded.  

• Class sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen school closures, COVID-related issues, inclement weather, or teacher absences. Refunds or credits will not be provided to students who are unable to attend rescheduled make-up classes.

• Students assume all risk of changes in their personal schedules. Absence from the class does not reduce the cost of operating our programs, therefore there is no prorating of cost. For this reason student absence does not result in a refund, tuition credit or make-up session.
