Everyone is invited to experience yoga using a chair! Learn more about pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (physical postures) and the benefit from increased range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility, vitality and mental clarity without worrying about how to get on and off the floor. No mat needed, just bring yourself and an open mind and the desire to experience yoga! During our practice, postures will be modified from a seated position or standing next to the chair. Enrollment in this class will be limited to fourteen (14) students. There are no discounts available on this class.
Please wear comfortable clothing, footwear and bring a water bottle.
