Take your chocolate creations to the next level by using quality ingredients. Learn how to temper chocolate to get that shiny, strong, snap that chocolatiers are known for. We will make open-faced peanut butter chocolates, raspberry filled chocolates, salted caramel, chocolates, and medallions. A digital thermometer is needed. Due to the high quality of ingredients used, participants will need to pick up a kit at the VRABE Regional Adult Based Education Office prior to class.
A materials fee of $20.00 will be due at the time of registration. Please call 860-870-6060 to arrange a time to pick up your materials kit.
