Description

Come have fun bathing in the sound of the antique Tibetan Singing Bowls!  Learn how to raise your vibrations with sound by moving and healing stagnation in the body.  Students will be able to put down their electronics, release stress, anxiety, depression, manage pain, and get their chakras flowing again!  This class will teach the history of the bowl, how to choose your bowl, what to listen for, and how to use and make the bowl "sing." Students will learn the technique on how to practice and interact with each other, and get a balancing from the instructor. You will receive a Level 1 Sound Healer Certification at the end of the class.  Enrollment will be limited to twelve (12) students.
