Description
Zumba & Z-Tone ONLINE sessions are set to upbeat music and feature choreographed dance numbers that you might find in a nightclub. You don't need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba and Z-Tone class. The classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, with no rhythm required. This is a good way to lose extra pounds and have fun. Zumba and Z-Tone classes can be modified to meet your needs. Enrollment will be limited to twelve (12) students. Being on camera is optional. Two 4-week sessions are being offered. Sign up for one or both!
