Welcome to 'Quick Fat Burn: Fitness for Busy Lives,' a program designed specifically for those with packed schedules. This course offers dynamic cardio and strength training routines infused with practical strategies to maximize fat burning within your hectic life. Get ready to sculpt your body and boost your energy levels with workouts that seamlessly fit into your busy day! Remember to have some water and wear comfortable attire, whether it's sweats, a t-shirt, or whatever you prefer. Students enrolling in this course should be physically capable of performing the beginner-level postures taught. Being on camera is optional.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Vernon Regional Adult and Continuing Education reserves the right to make necessary changes, including limiting course enrollment or canceling courses due to insufficient enrollment. If a course is canceled for this reason, registered students will be notified and fully refunded.
• Class sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen school closures, COVID-related issues, inclement weather, or teacher absences. Refunds or credits will not be provided to students who are unable to attend rescheduled make-up classes.

• Students assume all risk of changes in their personal schedules. Absence from the class does not reduce the cost of operating our programs, therefore there is no prorating of cost. For this reason student absence does not result in a refund, tuition credit or make-up session.
