Description

Participants will learn how to balance their body and mind using an ancient Eastern wellness belief based on seven energy centers (Chakras) that govern all your organs and work together as one system yet independently.  Each student will be given the materials and instructions to create their own stone chakra grid for personal use as well as a meditation CD and class workbook.  Enrollment in this class is limited to twelve (12) students. There is a $30 materials fee payable at the time of registration for the class. All materials are provided.

This class will be held at Rockville High School in Room 128. Directional signs will be posted in the lobby of both school entrances.
