Description
The art of drawing forms the basis for a wide array of artistic expressions. Learning to draw is a realistic goal. Throughout our classes, we will engage in projects that aim to improve your drawing abilities, perfect shading techniques, deepen your understanding of perspective, and enable you to create visually appealing compositions.
Enrollment for this class is limited to fifteen (15) students.
Supply List for Beginner Drawing:
- Set of 15 Faber-Castell Pencils, assorted hardness
- 8x10 or 11x14 Pad of White Drawing Paper
- Other supplies may be added as the class progresses
Additional Notes
Please note: Class will not be held on Tuesday, November 5th.
Enrichment Class Students may find it more convenient to park in lot A, situated on the north side of the school, directly in front of the Agricultural Science & Technology Education (ASTE) building, for ease of access.
Cancellations & Refund Policy:

Vernon Regional Adult Based and Continuing Education reserves the right to make necessary changes, including limiting course enrollment or canceling courses due to insufficient enrollment. If a course is canceled for this reason, registered students will be notified and fully refunded.

Class sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen school closures, COVID-related issues, inclement weather, or teacher absences. Refunds or credits will not be provided to students who are unable to attend rescheduled make-up classes.

Students assume all risk of changes in their personal schedules. Absence from the class does not reduce the cost of operating our programs, therefore there is no prorating of cost. For this reason student absence does not result in a refund, tuition credit or make-up session.
