Description

Discover the joy of line dancing with our beginner-friendly classes! You'll learn essential steps and patterns that form the foundation of line dancing, all while having a great time! Our dance sessions feature a diverse selection of music genres, including pop, big band, oldies, Latin, R&B, and country. Designed specifically for beginners, the class offers introductory level dances. For safety reasons, please wear comfortable closed-back shoes—no boots, sandals, open-back, or shoes that will mark the floor. Remember to bring a water bottle, and it's a good idea to dress in layers since once you start dancing, it warms up fast. If you have a bit more line dance experience, please see our other offering, "Line Dance for Experienced Beginners." Join us on this delightful dance journey! This class is eligible for a senior or military discount.

Please note: Class will not be held on Monday, October 14th.
This class is held at Vernon Center Middle School Cafeteria.

Cancellations & Refund Policy:

  • Vernon Regional Adult Based and Continuing Education reserves the right to make necessary changes, including limiting course enrollment or canceling courses due to insufficient enrollment. If a course is canceled for this reason, registered students will be notified and fully refunded.  

  • Class sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen school closures, COVID-related issues, inclement weather, or teacher absences. Refunds or credits will not be provided to students who are unable to attend rescheduled make-up classes.

  • Students assume all risk of changes in their personal schedules. Absence from the class does not reduce the cost of operating our programs, therefore there is no prorating of cost. For this reason student absence does not result in a refund, tuition credit or make-up session.
