Description

Ready to shed those extra pounds and feel more energized than ever? Join us for Core and Cardio, the ultimate fat-burning and energy-boosting class! This session combines heart-pumping cardio exercises with targeted core workouts, sculpting your abs and improving coordination and muscle endurance. You'll use a variety of equipment, including weights and props, to enhance strength and balance, leaving you feeling stronger and more confident. No experience required; we'll provide modifications for all fitness levels.

Enrollment in this class is limited to twelve (12) students.

Don't forget to dress comfortably and have a water bottle close by to stay hydrated throughout the session. Get ready to crush your weight loss goals and unleash your full potential, so you can confidently rock your holiday look!

Please note: Classes will not be held on Tuesday, November 5^th

This class will be held at Vernon Center Middle School in their Small Gymnasium.

 

Cancellations & Refund Policy:

• Vernon Regional Adult Based and Continuing Education reserves the right to make necessary changes, including limiting course enrollment or canceling courses due to insufficient enrollment. If a course is canceled for this reason, registered students will be notified and fully refunded.  

• Class sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen school closures, COVID-related issues, inclement weather, or teacher absences. Refunds or credits will not be provided to students who are unable to attend rescheduled make-up classes.

• Students assume all risk of changes in their personal schedules. Absence from the class does not reduce the cost of operating our programs, therefore there is no prorating of cost. For this reason student absence does not result in a refund, tuition credit or make-up session.
