Pilates Core
Are you interested in achieving a strong core and toned stomach? This class is tailored to help you reach your fitness goals! Pilates Core is ideal for individuals looking to improve their core strength. Specifically targeting muscles in the abdomen, lower back, and hips - often referred to as the 'powerhouse' - Pilates Core is essential for stability. The class incorporates various props, light hand weights, and contemporary movements, offering a modified version of the Pilates Mat Workout. By participating, you can cultivate a robust inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels, modifications are available for those who need them. Bring a mat, water, 1 or 2 lb. weights, and wear comfortable attire. Students enrolling in this course should be physically capable of performing the beginner-level postures taught. Please note that class enrollment is limited to twelve (12) students
