Whether you're looking to increase strength, confidence, coordination, or you're just after an intense cardio workout, Kickboxing will keep you coming back for more. Kickboxing classes focus on everything from cardio conditioning and elements of dance to self-defense, martial arts, and one-on-one competition. This challenging workout helps in building coordination and muscle endurance with cardio. This class is open to everyone; no previous experience necessary. Since this class provides a high-energy workout, it is important that students registering to take this class are in good physical health. Enrollment in this class is limited to twenty (20) students. There are no discounts available on this class.
Please wear sneakers, comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle with you to class.
