Learn what steps to take now to be as mentally and physically fit as possible in your older years. Join this new 4-week class customized for the interests and ages of our participants. Based on the latest recommendations and research from healthy aging experts (Harvard Medical, AARP and more), we'll cover lifespan vs healthspan, brain fitness, gratitude and mindfulness, (re)connecting with family and friends, mastering your smartphone, decluttering, music and nature. Emphasis on reinforcing new skills to become habits. Enrollment in this class will be limited to fifteen (15) students.
