Learn how to make and present desserts that will impress the palate and the eye. The first hour will focus on making the desserts while the second hour will emphasize techniques used to elevate and plate the desserts. Possible dishes include creme brulee, mini chocolate berry cakes, pots de crème, and Napoleons. Enrollment will be limited to 12 (twelve) students. No discounts are available on this class.
There will be a $15.00 materials fee due at the time of registration.
