Description

Better known in the VRABE Catalog as the Country Western, Swing, and Latin dance instructor, Chris is also an accomplished line dance choreographer and instructor with a current choreographic library of (39) thirty-nine line dances to his name. This 5-week line dance class is a great supplement to the already popular line dance classes taught by Sarah Preston here for VRABE. This line dance class will feature only line dances Chris has choreographed (such as Zydeco Lady, Wild Wild West Boogie, SLO Cadillac, and Cha Cha Basique) and is geared for the general/experienced line dancer since all levels of Chris' line dances beginning (easy) through advanced (hard) level line dances could be taught, including a couple 'brand new' line dances. Dance description sheets, practice dance songs, and access to YouTube dance videos will be provided to all participants. Participants are encouraged to video Chris demoing his dances before teaching. Comfortable dance shoes or leather soled boots are recommended (no black soled rubber shoes --they mark up the dance floor), and bring a water bottle. Registration is per person (not per couple)!
