Have you ever tried Bellyrobics? This 3-session class is a great introduction to Bellyrobics, an ultimate exercise for women of all abilities, and a lot of fun, too! Using actual belly dance movements and isolation exercises, as well as related folk and ballroom dance steps, it works on those areas of major concern, such as bust, midriff, waist, tummy, hips, thighs, calves and arms: firming, toning and whittling down the inches. Bellyrobics will also help develop and improve strength and flexibility, while delivering a low impact, high energy, cardiovascular workout. Most importantly, Bellyrobics makes you feel good about yourself!!
In the comfort of your own home, participate wearing ballet slippers or go barefoot! Dress comfortably in clothes that allow you to move easily. Have a water bottle close by for quick refreshment! This class is limited to twelve (12) students.
