Description

Are you a little confused trying to understand how Medicare works and what is best for YOU? Please join us for this educational Medicare seminar (no selling) and learn about your healthcare options. You will learn how and when to enroll in Medicare and how to choose the right plan that addresses your specific healthcare needs. Did you know that Medicare can also be available to those under 65 who may qualify because of their specific healthcare needs? The little known Medicare Savings Program will also be discussed.

PLEASE NOTE: Our instructors are employed to teach general concepts to groups of students, rather than to offer specific investment advice to individuals. Students are advised to consult their own financial advisor or attorney before making any investment decisions based on specific examples provided by our instructors.

Cancellations & Refund Policy:

  • Vernon Regional Adult Based and Continuing Education reserves the right to make necessary changes, including limiting course enrollment or canceling courses due to insufficient enrollment. If a course is canceled for this reason, registered students will be notified and fully refunded.

  • Class sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen school closures, COVID-related issues, inclement weather, or teacher absences. Refunds or credits will not be provided to students who are unable to attend rescheduled make-up classes.

  • Students assume all risk of changes in their personal schedules. Absence from the class does not reduce the cost of operating our programs, therefore there is no prorating of cost. For this reason student absence does not result in a refund, tuition credit or make-up session.
