Description

Come have fun bathing in the sound of the antique Tibetan Singing Bowls!  Learn how to raise your vibrations with sound by moving and healing stagnation in the body.  Students will be able to put down their electronics, release stress, anxiety, depression, manage pain, and get their chakras flowing again!  This class will teach the history of the bowl, how to choose your bowl, what to listen for, and how to use and make the bowl "sing."  Students will interact with each other, and get a balancing from the instructor.  You will receive a Level 1 Sound Healer Certification at the end of the class.  This course can be used for professionals looking to enhance their skills and broaden their holistic approach. Enrollment will be limited to twelve (12) students.

Cancellations & Refund Policy:

• Vernon Regional Adult Based and Continuing Education reserves the right to make necessary changes, including limiting course enrollment or canceling courses due to insufficient enrollment. If a course is canceled for this reason, registered students will be notified and fully refunded.  

• Class sessions may be rescheduled due to unforeseen school closures, COVID-related issues, inclement weather, or teacher absences. Refunds or credits will not be provided to students who are unable to attend rescheduled make-up classes.

• Students assume all risk of changes in their personal schedules. Absence from the class does not reduce the cost of operating our programs, therefore there is no prorating of cost. For this reason student absence does not result in a refund, tuition credit or make-up session.
