Description

(Expanded to 1.5 hours)
Chris, better known in the VRABE Catalog as the Country Western, Swing, and Latin dance instructor, is also an accomplished line dance choreographer and instructor, boasting a current choreographic library of 39 line dances. This 5-week line dance class serves as an excellent supplement to the already popular 10-week Line Dance classes offered through VRABE, held at VCMS on Mondays. This particular class will exclusively feature line dances choreographed by Chris, with different dances taught each semester. It is important to note that this is NOT a beginner-level class; some prior line dance experience is recommended. Chris' line dances span from beginner (easy) to advanced (difficult) levels, with the possibility of introducing a couple of brand new dances. Due to popular demand, the class duration has been extended from 1.0 hour to 1.5 hours to allow for more learning and practice time. Dance description sheets, practice songs, and YouTube video links will be provided to all participants. Participants are encouraged to video-record Chris demonstrating the dances before instruction. Comfortable dance shoes or leather-soled boots are recommended, and bringing a water bottle is advised. Registration is per person (not per couple).

Additional Notes
