Description

Are you an aspiring writer, have an imagination that never shuts off, or always thinking of a good story idea? Do you like to play Wordle? Ever find the words you choose funny, interesting, or need to look up what a word you chose means? If so, you could be on your way to taking your daily Wordle play to the next level. During this class we’ll use the words we try when playing Wordle to write micro-stories. In 300 or fewer words we’ll create fun, expressive, and entertaining fiction. Micro-stories pack a lot into a small word count, have a short time commitment, and are a great way to explore writing different genres of fiction so every writer can find their best voice. Hidden within our micro-stories we may even find the start of a longer work of fiction.
